Returns Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from Stromberg Golf Online website, you may return unused products in their original packaging including our labels and ticketing within 21 days of receipt for a full refund (less the original postage amount paid).

We recommend that you use an established courier company, with recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for the goods. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault with the garment.

Please return your faulty or unwanted products to us via a courier company or Royal Mail. We can only accept returns delivered to us; we cannot accept returns brought to our warehouse in person.

Please include the delivery note which contains the order number and account details and a note to indicate the action you wish us to take with your return.

Please note: Orders placed during the Christmas period (1st December - 1st January) are exempt from this and have until the 18th January. A refund request will be actioned within 5 week days from receipt. The 21 days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders taken on behalf of the customer.
